Four Stage-Program:
Participants co-create their own learning pathways in collaboration with industry experts i.e. our Geeks.
We use a project-based learning model to provide hands-on experience with the latest industry trends, concepts and tools.

Stage 1: Onboarding
Collaborative Learning:
All participants in the Skills Incubator Program take part in a (360-Degree Feedback) process that combines peers (members of the cohort), mentors and project managers’ feedback with self-reviews to give participants a complete picture of their performance and what skills they need to develop.
Participants in the Skills Incubator get access to personalized learning pathways that tie directly to feedback, cater to skill gaps, and support career development.

The Skill Incubator Program has an extensive 1000+ member network of Industry Professionals.
 The mentor-guided approach not only helps participants build skills faster but also enables them access to a professional mentoring network to discuss and plan individual professional goals.

How long does the program last?
Participants complete the virtual internship within 8 weeks and a co-op (apprenticeship) within 12 to 18 weeks.
How do I contact the program team?
Submit the request to initiate the application workflow and an automated acknowledgement will invite you to contact the regional education specialist for your location or location you applied for.
How many participant can join a cohort?
We onboard two cohorts i.e. beginning and mid of each month with a size of 20 participants i.e. 2 x 20 = 40.
Who are the mentors and industry experts?
We reach out to members of the Skill Incubator's community who are seasoned professionals in their field.
What is the cost of the program?
The program is free and can be completed autonomously.Â
